Men need to join together to learn God’s view on how He desires for us to be men, to fully surrender all to Him and lead our families accordingly.
- “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another (Proverbs 27:17)”. Men need to encourage each other – in love – through study, discussion and fellowship. We need to understand what it means to be accountable to each other and God.
- “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer (Acts 2:42)”. Getting together with guys to fellowship while doing various activities, each time including some type of devotional.
- “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world (James 1:27)”. Instilling the responsibility of serving others, especially the widows and orphans in our midst.
