Hello, my name is Chrissy Geiger. I serve as the Director of Trinity Preschool. I earned both my Bachelor of Arts in psychology and my Master of Science in education from St. John’s University. I have over 25 years of combined experience in the administrative and education fields.

I am blessed to be married to my husband for 19 years and the mother of two beautiful teenagers. Our family loves to spend time outdoors in God’s creation. We enjoy spending time together hiking, biking, walking our two dogs and taking drives exploring new places. In my own free time, I enjoy life’s simple pleasures such as reading, gardening and sitting on my porch during all the different seasons.

I am thrilled to be a part of Trinity Preschool! The goal in my heart is to provide a nurturing and loving safe haven from the busy world where each child’s individual abilities can shine.

Welcome to Trinity! I’m so happy to meet you! My name is Mrs. Cheri O’Hare, and I am the teacher of 3 year olds at Trinity Preschool. Our class is
affectionately known around Trinity as “The Owl Class”!

In the Owl Classroom, you will always hear lots of singing, (hooting), and music while we are playing and learning! That’s because my formal training began in Music Education at the Ithaca College School of Music.

Music is the easiest way to connect with people! It soothes and comforts, it helps us celebrate, and most importantly, it’s how we worship our Lord! Music is a crucial element in helping to develop preschool brains and bodies. Participating in making music helps to stimulate the brain as well as the body, and aids in helping develop and improve concentration, attention, focus, memory, listening, and gross motor skills.

I also have extensive training in Early Childhood Education and Child Development. I regularly participate in continuing education workshops
through ACSI and via online classes. I love learning new things so our class always is fun and inviting!

Teaching 3 year olds is by far my favorite age! I love how inquisitive and funny they are, and how eager they are to learn and explore. It’s also my
passion to share the Gospel with children! I am so thankful I get to be part of laying the early foundation of faith in the lives of these little ones! It has been a humbling experience, and one I am so grateful for! I hope and pray that as your children grow, they will always know how loved they are, and that the seeds of faith we plant in their hearts while they are with us, will grow and blossom wherever they go!”

My family and I live in the Hamlet of Wallkill. I have 4 grown children (Yes, I blinked!); three daughters; and a son. I also have 3 sweet cats! My house of worship is Clintondale Christian Church. When I’m not hanging out with my little friends at school, I love to go kayaking and enjoy God’s creation, hang out with my family, play my clarinet, and sing praises to God with my friends! So again, welcome to Trinity! We’re so glad you’re here! I know you're going to love it here!

Barbara Colandrea serves as an assistant teacher at Trinity Preschool. She is a mom of 2 (one of which is a Trinity Preschool alumni) and a grandma of 3. Trinity has been her home church for over 20 years and she is excited to share God's love with these little ones.

My name is Mrs.Rola and I am the 4 year old PreK teacher at Trinity Preschool, also known as the “Busy Bee” class. I have a 2 year degree in Early Education and a Bachelors degree from SUNY New Paltz in Sociology with a concentration in Human Services. Before becoming a mother I was a teacher at an Early Learning Center for 9 years. I am a wife and a mother of two. Both of my children went to Trinity Preschool right through toddler time to graduating from the prek program. My family and I had such a wonderful experience sending our children to Trinity. I was so excited when I was offered a teaching position after my children graduated. I truly love helping my students become kindergarten ready while teaching them the love of Jesus. The Busy Bee class is filled with lots of learning through play, sensory experiences, messes, crafting, reading, building, praying, worshipping, socializing… and sooo much more! Our class is Holy Spirit led and the joy of Jesus fills our days together. I couldn’t imagine being at any other school and I know the Busy Bee Class is right where God wants me! Hello, my name is Nickole Stoner.  My husband and I have 3 sons who have all attended Trinity Preschool.  I have served over the years teaching here at Trinity along with Mommy & Me and Mommy Fellowship.  I love sharing Jesus with anyone who will listen.  But sharing Jesus' love with little children is by far my favorite!
